What is a diet?
As per dictionary it literally means - to eat and drink according to prescribed rules.
And what are these rules?
It’s very simple, eating in such a way so that we can keep ourselves healthier.
The wisdom?
To be healthier you need to have proper nourishment and this nutrition, eventually comes from the food we eat.

Even recent scientific research shows that the same diet plan on identical twins does not yield the same result. Certain diet plans may have benefited a person but its response to you will not be the same.
Your body and metabolism are as unique as you are.
Every individual is different in terms of their Genetics, Body built up, Lifestyle, Eating Habits and their Nutritional Requirements. The diets also need to be different, focusing and addressing these differences among people.
Apart from weight loss, a “diet” should achieve much more. Diet should make you feel better, more energetic and lighter from within and should keep your metabolism better along with keeping you healthier. If there’s a medical condition the diet should be able to address the need.

Dieting doesn’t mean eating less or crash eating or counting calories.
For us, Dieting means eating healthier, something which is good for your body that helps you lose better. Going on a diet should not make you nutritionally compromised.
And, calorie is a misnomer. Calorie counting science is outdated.
We are constantly told that in order to lose weight, restrict calories. We often see such people who just focus on calories without even realizing that their nutritional requirements are not being met. They have deficiencies, reduced metabolic rate and it gets hard for them to lose with passing days. They gain weight at much faster rates than normal people.
We are Doctors, therefore we just cannot put your health at stake.
Your diets are planned only after a detailed understanding of your health status, your previous endeavors and failures, your specific requirements. We never recommend unnatural ways of using Pills, Powders, Supplements for weight loss.
We will be guiding you how to maintain the delicate balance of your body, just eat according to that. You don't have to learn rocket science for this. It’s related to simple things in everyday food. You will learn your body compatibilities - things which help you to lose or maintain weight.
Unlike other diet clinics, we equip you with the knowledge to take responsibility for yourself. After achieving the target weight and following the instructions provided in the last phase (maintenance program) you are able to take charge of yourself and are able to maintain the lost weight and good health.

Keep your goals realistic. Don’t try to do too much too quickly as your body is not an item rather it’s a complex system of various delicate and intricate processes. Always think about the outcomes for the future. Try not to take those steps which eventually can lead to serious health issues later in life.
Keep it realistic. One day you have to come back to regular food which you normally eat. Why not try to keep the diets close to normal food? Why eat boiled vegetables and reduce the portion size?. It’s unrealistic and you yourself will break it one day.
Doing a yo – yo diet does more harm to your body than doing it in one go and maintaining weight thereafter.
Be specific. Pills, Powders, Supplements, Boiled or steamed vegetables or reduced portion size for how many days? How to manage it while traveling ?
